In March 2011 we traveled to China to bring home our new daughter, seven-year-old Joy. She is thriving and happy in America with her Forever Family, and we (her Mommy, Daddy, sister, and brothers) are happy to have her home where she belongs.
Shortly before we left for China, we fell in love with another little girl and know that she, too, belongs with us. Four-year-old Hope waits in an orphanage in China's poorest province. She is extremely small and desperately needs the love and nurturing of a Forever Family.
We were not expecting to make a second trip to China, at least not this soon. But what should a Mommy and Daddy do when their little one is far away? Whatever we must to bring her home.
International adoption is expensive. We planned and saved for our first adoption, but we did NOT plan on TWO adoptions in less than 12 months! So we are asking our community to join with us to bring Hope home.
